What if I can’t make it live?+
Every ticket comes with replays. General Admission gets 1 week to watch. VIP gets 60 days. But come live if you can! The Day 1 and Day 2 bonuses are only for people who stay to the end, and you can ask me questions in real time.
What time is it for me?+
Each day runs 90 minutes: 1:00–2:30 PM Eastern / 10:00–11:30 AM Pacific. Day 1 is Wednesday, Nov 11 and Day 2 is Thursday, Nov 12. VIP Day 3 is Friday, Nov 13.
Do I need to own a property?+
No. You can start by co-hosting (running someone else’s rental for a fee) or with rental arbitrage (renting a place long-term and hosting guests in it). Day 1 walks you through all three ways in, including owning, so you can pick the one that fits your money and your life.
I’m a total beginner. Is this too advanced?+
Not at all. Day 1 starts at zero: finding your budget, picking a market and running a real deal start to finish. The 30-page workbook walks you through each step, so you’ll never feel lost.
I already host. Will I learn anything new?+
Yes. Day 2 is built for you. I’ll walk you through a listing audit live, show you how to use AI for titles and guest messages, and cover the systems and direct bookings that help you earn more while working less. VIPs can bring their own property to my coaching team on Day 3.
Isn’t the short-term rental market too crowded now?+
It’s crowded for average listings, not for well-run ones. The hosts who win have better listings, a better guest experience and smarter pricing. That’s exactly what this workshop teaches.
How much time does a rental really take?+
Doing everything by hand can take 15–20 hours a week per property. With the systems I teach, most of that goes away. Most hosts get it down to a few hours a week.
What’s the difference between GA and VIP?+
